As part of their Fairytales topic the Foundation Stage class have been learning through play all about the Gingerbread Man. They practised their writing skills by writing out words from the story at the writing table, made Gingerbread Men pictures at the Art table, at the tuff tray they built bridges and boats to help the Gingerbread man to get safely across the river. At the playdough table they used cutters to make Gingerbread Men. They also they played various gingerbread men number and phonics games.
