We enjoyed a great day at Parkanaur with St. Malachy’s. Led by Stephen, the boys and girls worked together in groups on an orienteering exercise around the forest. After a well deserved lunch break, everyone worked together to complete a nightline walk where it was necessary to communicate in order to navigate with a blindfold on, a ball drop activity using spouting and a plank walk whereby it was important to stay balanced and pass items along from one person to the next until everyone was at the other side along with their equipment. We had a great day and are looking forward to day two! 😃
