This week the foundation Stage class having been learning about the letter f. They listened to the story of the Frog Prince and during play they were able to act out the story in the role-play corner using masks of characters from the story, the also used puppet characters from the story in the tuff tray to retell the story. They practised writing out words from the story on whiteboards and made their own jumping frogs at the art table. They had great fun catching frogs in the nets in the water tray and practised counting them. As part of their World Around Us they also learned about the life-cycle of a frog.
