P.3 and 4 chose 6 toy cars to test going down a slope; we wanted to find which one would go the furthest. The winner was Seth’s. We used his car to do another experiment, this time changing the height of the slope from 1 block, to 2 blocks, then 3 and 4. Each time a car ran down the slope we ESTIMATED how many centimetres it would go. We discovered that steeper slopes make cars run faster because it gives them more energy.
